Witch Cabin is continuing her creative momentum with the release of “When You Were Mine,” a new single that arrived on streaming platforms June 2 and serves as the latest preview of an upcoming album project expected later this year.
The Los Angeles-based artist, producer, songwriter, and musician has steadily expanded her catalog while developing a sound influenced by underground pop, electronic music, dance culture, and hip-hop-inspired production. Known offstage as Tracy Marcellino Aubert, Witch Cabin remains actively involved throughout the creative process, contributing as a vocalist, producer, synth player, songwriter, and beatmaker.
Born in Brooklyn and raised in San Francisco, Witch Cabin has built a career that spans multiple creative disciplines. Alongside her work in music, she is an experiential food designer, creating immersive experiences for brands while continuing to invest in her growth as an independent artist.
The release of “When You Were Mine” arrives during a period of increasing activity for the artist. Her previous release, “We Want Connection,” continues to attract listeners, and remix versions of the record are currently in development as she prepares for a busy second half of the year.
Beyond releasing music, Witch Cabin is also focused on strengthening her production and performance skills. She is currently enrolled in both the Producer and DJ programs at the Pete Tong DJ Academy, where she continues developing the technical foundation that supports her work as both an artist and producer.
Looking ahead, Witch Cabin’s long-term goals include international touring, creative collaborations, and appearances at festivals such as Iceland Airwaves and Sonar. She also plans to continue expanding her presence through partnerships that connect music, fashion, and culture.
With “When You Were Mine” now available, remixes on the horizon, and a larger project in development, Witch Cabin is entering an exciting phase of growth as she continues building her career as an independent artist and producer.
